I have had the best experience with Sarah, she made me feel very comfortable during my appointment and was always asking how i felt during every step making sure I was okay. I did the microneedling and biotin injection as well as hair prp, all treatments handled with care and good hygiene! Very satisfied, I also purchased the face mask which I have been using for the last month and I am absolutely loving it! It’s like magic in a pot. My skin feels so soft hydrated and rejuvenated 😍, I was also gifted the hair oil by Sarah which I am so grateful for, this oil smells wonderful and I’ve been using it for about a month too consistently 2/3 x a week and I will admit my hair is growing like Rapunzel. I am extremely satisfied with everything given from this lounge!
